Elstro has helped me several times, and my most recent visit was just as great as usual. When my van started acting up last Thursday, they got me in first thing Monday, even with the short holiday week. As a single mom with a full time job, I have limited time and heavily rely on my vehicle, and I trust Elstro to diagnose issues honestly without pushing unnecessary repairs. Matt quickly found the problem, ordered the part to be delivered asap by his supply truck, and reminded me I was due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it taken care of while I was there because he knows its hard for me to find time to get the van to them! During the multi-point inspection, he showed me that my drive belt—which had been cracked since I bought the van—was now in much worse shape. He always explains what can wait and what can’t, but this time it clearly couldn’t wait any longer. Thanks to the inspection and photo, I felt confident getting it replaced. He ordered the belt immediately and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. They also noticed my taillight and license plate lights were out, so they replaced those too—saving me from a ticket and keeping my van safe and reliable. I cannot express how grateful I am for their services and also appreciate them squeezing in my oil change and repairs when I was just there for a diagnosis. They have a quiet, clean waiting room. They are friendly and explain things well. No one wants to pay for auto repairs but if you have to, I highly recommend Elstro Auto!

Great service. Jeremy helped me out by fixing my brakes that were no longer available when the dealership could not come up with a solution. Because of a great first impression Elstro is my go to shop for repairs.

Great service, as always. The car is fixed, and i couldn't be happier.

I got all my vehicle repairs and maintenance done in one place. They are very good at what they do and their prices are reasonable.

Scheduled a diagnosis and they were able to find the problem and offer a solution at a fair price and got it taken care of the same day! I work third shift so they offered an after hours pickup which was so helpful! Everybody was super nice and professional. Will continue to take my vehicle here for any future repairs!

Had car trouble on interstate while out of town. Got towed to their shop 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday. Found a missing brake caliper bolt. Replaced and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Fantastic job!

Out of all of the auto repair shops I have used in town, only Elstros has been fair, honest, and has done a good job on all my vehicles. I'm very happy with Elstros and will continue to use them.

Was hearing a noise with my brakes. Gave them a call to schedule an appointment. Check in was quick and easy. They kept me informed every step of the way. When all was said and done a reasonable price was quoted for the work that needed to be done. Will definitely be returning if I have any more issues.

Service was the exact same as they quoted me and was the lowest in town. They charged less for the part than anyone else was offering, did a good job replacing it, and had my car back to me the same afternoon. Would recommend.

Excellent people and excellent technicians. They won't try to sell you something you don't need, they diagnose the problem(s) give you options and YOU decide how to proceed with no pressure. Had my vehicle for extensive repairs and was surprised when I received a call on a Friday after closing that it was ready and they thought I might want it for the weekend so come and get it! Great prices too. My dad once told me that you can tell how much a mechanic cares by how clean the shop is. Well Elstros is super clean and that is reflected in their top notch service. I'm so impressed with them that I could write much more .
